Performance (Enhancement-Ready)
Component-level baseline measurements to quantify upgrades or degradation in high-output systems.
This tier captures quantifiable data points from critical subsystems—turbocharger spool response, AWD torque bias distribution, brake bias mapping, and hybrid system power flow—before and after modifications or as part of annual health checks. Benchmarked measurements enable objective comparison across service events, revealing subtle degradation before failure or confirming upgrade effectiveness.
Measurements require specialized hardware like wideband lambda sensors, shaft torque transducers, and high-speed CAN bus logging—not generic scan tools. Technicians isolate variables by capturing data under identical conditions: load, temperature, gear, and RPM windows. Results are exported in open formats like CSV for third-party analysis, supporting both tuner validation and long-term diagnostics.
Baseline integrity depends on environmental consistency. Sessions occur on calibrated dynos or closed-course conditions, with data tagged against GPS, engine temperature, and atmospheric pressure. This removes guesswork when deciding whether a tune change improved response or merely shifted the load curve. The report shows delta trends, not just static numbers.
