Baseline Health Report

A clear, structured pre-service summary shows what’s normal versus what’s urgent before labor begins.

The Baseline Health Report distills VIN and OBD data into actionable insights: critical thresholds like clutch engagement time, battery cell imbalance, or turbo boost response windows are benchmarked against OEM specifications. Software version checks confirm whether a known problematic calibration is present and what updates are available. This prevents rework from outdated tunes and ensures service actions align with current Technical Service Bulletins.

Anomaly flags surface deviations that fall outside acceptable variance—even without active codes. A coolant temperature delta of 12°C between sensor readings on the same loop may indicate a sensor drift rather than a cooling failure. Reports highlight these quietly, letting you decide whether to act now or monitor. No vague warnings—just calibrated thresholds and time-stamped deviations with reference links to documentation.

The report includes a service readiness score: a heuristic based on part availability, software version compatibility, and known failure modes for that configuration. A score below a certain threshold flags that the shop will need special tools or firmware extensions before proceeding—helping you decide whether to delay service or source a specialist. It also notes if any modules require reCoding after replacement, avoiding costly second visits.
