Retrofits begin with evaluating the vehicle’s structure, weight balance, and available space for batteries and motor mounting. Battery packs are sized to fit within existing wheel wells or underfloor space without compromising ride quality or cargo volume, using proven modules with integrated thermal management.

Control systems are calibrated to work with the existing dashboard, gauges, and braking system—ensuring regenerative braking feels familiar and the vehicle retains its original interface logic. Software is flashed to match torque delivery profiles to the original engine’s character, so the car drives like itself, just quieter. Safety systems like battery isolation, crash sensors, and thermal runaway mitigation meet current automotive standards.

Every conversion includes a full vehicle inspection, integration testing on dynamometer, and road validation across varied conditions—city, highway, and hilly terrain—to ensure reliability. We also provide updated service intervals, battery health monitoring protocols, and guidance for home charging setup.
