Community Forge

Starting from a single thread—a word shouted into a mic, a color drawn on the ground—the group builds upward, layer by layer. No pre-planned sketches. No ‘lead artist.’ Everyone contributes materials, ideas, or labor.

Tools and base structures await, but the form evolves by consensus. One day it might be a wind-chorus cage of bent rebar and chimes; the next, a memory wall of layered fabric and paper.

This is where community becomes literal architecture. The art exists only as long as the event, and each piece holds traces of the people who shaped it. It’s process with weight, made visible.
