Three steps

Meet

Choose a well-lit, public place Like a train station kiosk or café courtyard to exchange goods or services—safe, familiar, and convenient for both sides.

When planning a meet-up, pick places with high footfall and good visibility—such as near major landmarks or transport hubs like Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, the General Post Office, or Dadar Station. Avoid residential buildings or private homes. If your item is large or valuable, bring a friend or let someone know your plans. Earlier times on weekdays or weekends tend to be less crowded and safer than late evenings.

Bring your own water or a small snack to signal openness without overcommitting—like coffee at a local stall. Keep the interaction short and focused: inspect the item in daylight if possible, test electronics on the spot, and agree on payment method before parting. For services, confirm scope in writing on the app before starting work. If anything feels off, leave immediately—your safety always comes first.

After the meet-up, return to the app to rate your experience. Even if things went smoothly, leaving a quick note helps others judge reliability. No rating is required, but most users leave ‘smooth’ or ‘as described’ for repeat buyers/sellers they trust. If something went wrong, use the post-meet reporting tool to flag concerns—this builds the public leaderboard of top-rated locals that keeps the platform honest.
