Morning Box
3 pastries + 2 breakfast sandwiches, ready before 9 a.m.
A neighborhood bakery and café where flour-dusted counters, warm ovens, and quiet mornings are the daily ritual.
Updated at 6 a.m., this is the real inventory—not what we hope to make, but what’s ready. A few loaves of sourdough, seasonal pastries cooled on wire racks, and coffee freshly ground from local roasters.
Oakwood, Seaside, and Rye rounds—each scored by hand at 5:30 a.m.
Almond croissants, peach danishes, and chocolate-swirls—cooled but not chilled.
Morning blend from Hollow Ridge Roasters, poured as the ovens cycle down.
No delivery—just time slots so we can set your order aside cleanly, warm, and ready. Choose your pickup window online; we’re closed on Tuesdays and close at 2 p.m. for restocking and rest.

We design cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, and quiet milestones—not explosions of frosting, but thoughtful, edible stories. Start with our design guide, then submit an inquiry—we follow up within three business days.
We bake in the same building since 2013, with partners who bring 40+ years between them. Our flour comes from windmills in Cedar Vale, milled weekly—never pre-sifted, never preservative-laced. The ovens run on gas; the heart runs on early hours.
Cedar Vale Mill Co.—12-mile radius, stone-ground, no bleach.
Mira, Elias, and Lena—each with shifts before sunrise.
Small batches, no preservatives, and no compromise on resting time.
Come in—dog on a lead, book under arm, or just with five free minutes. The sidewalk café seats face Oakwood Park; the back door opens to the alley where we stash extra flour sacks for quick cleanup.
