Dawn Dance Session
A quiet, low-intensity movement gathering held before sunrise, combining dance, breath, and minimal technology.

What's included
- Early access pass
- Breath cue sheet
- Movement props
- Warm drink
- Silent transition time
Starting in near-darkness with soft ambient tones, participants move slowly through space, guided by tactile cues and shared rhythm rather than music or commands. The goal is presence, not performance.
Facilitators offer optional props—weighted scarves, balance beams, gentle resistance bands—but nothing is required. Many attend yearly, treating it as a mental reset before the festival's busiest hours.
Spaces are gender-neutral and adaptable. Wheelchairs, canes, and quiet participants are equally welcomed. It’s less a class, more a group breathing rhythm made visible.
