No—events are designed for all levels of familiarity. Some may feel more intuitive than others, but facilitators guide newcomers at every step.
Can I attend more than one event in a day?
Yes, passes allow flexible entry between open sessions. Flow between events is built into the venue layout and timing.
Are there accessibility options?
Yes—spatial layout, sensory adjustments, and staff support are in place. Details vary yearly and are confirmed when you get in touch.
Will there be photos or recordings?
Photography is allowed in most areas unless marked otherwise. Recordings are never posted online without explicit consent at the event.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Changes are handled case by case—just reach out as soon as possible and we’ll work out options.
