Trade counts

Trade counts reflect only completed deals confirmed through mutual feedback from both buyers and sellers.

The trade count on a profile shows how many times the user has successfully finished a transaction—like handing over a used laptop or completing a home repair—and both sides left feedback. This ensures numbers aren’t inflated by cancelled or fake listings. A count of 25 trades means 25 real encounters, not 25 ads posted.

For new users, starting from zero helps them understand how reputation builds over time. Some experienced independent professionals—like mobile repair technicians or freelance tutors—post under personal profiles and accumulate trade history just like individuals do. This treatment helps small vendors compete on trust, not just price.

Trades are only counted when both parties submit feedback. If only one side does, the deal remains pending in the count. This prevents biased or one-sided scoring. Users who only buy or only sell without completing both sides won’t see counts unless they reciprocate.

A count over 10 triggers a visible badge on the profile, indicating consistent participation. Counts reset only if accounts are inactive for over two years or if repeated violations occur.
