Our Process

Follow-up

A 72-hour check-in, plus our service portal gives real-time repair photos and post-job drive logs.

Forty-eight to seventy-two hours after delivery, a technician calls to ask how the vehicle is driving, whether there are any new sounds or behaviors, and if everything matches what was promised. This isn’t a formality—it’s how we catch subtle issues that only emerge after multiple heat cycles or under different weather conditions. A slight vibration on highway entry might not appear during validation but could indicate a balance problem.

Our secure service portal displays a timeline of images taken during disassembly, repair, and reassembly—no vague shots, just key steps with captions. Post-job drive logs show speed, RPM, load, and temperature as recorded during validation. If the vehicle was driven during that 72-hour window, owners can upload their own logs for comparison. This transparency builds trust and lets us respond quickly if needed.

Beyond the call, we provide a digital copy of all signed work authorizations, parts receipts, and test reports. If something requires follow-up, we offer to pull the vehicle in at no charge for a recheck—no diagnosis fee, no labor charge. Our goal is to resolve concerns before they become concerns for you, long after the keys are returned.
