Our Process

Repair

Work proceeds in a dedicated bay—no shared bays, no rushing—with double-checks by a senior specialist.

Each vehicle is assigned a fixed bay for the duration of its service. This ensures continuity, minimizes handling, and keeps tools, lifts, and test equipment ready for that specific job. Technicians don’t rotate between multiple cars—no starting and stopping. That allows us to maintain consistent torque values, preserve torque-to-yield fastener integrity, and catch subtle alignment issues before final assembly.

All critical steps—such as valve timing setup, fuel injector balancing, or hybrid battery isolation—are verified with calibrated tools and documented with timestamps. A senior specialist reviews the completed work against the original diagnosis and proposal, rechecking connections, clearances, and fluid levels. This second opinion catches misassemblies or overlooked components before the vehicle leaves the bay.

We track actual labor minutes spent—not just scheduled—and log any unexpected findings or deviations. This ensures fairness in billing and helps refine future estimates. The bay remains sealed off until the final inspection phase, protecting the vehicle from dust, debris, or accidental bumps that could compromise freshly installed components.
