Our Process

Validate

Dynamic testing on our own test route—city, highway, and cornering—plus thermal and load-cycle runs where needed.

Before delivery, every vehicle undergoes a structured validation routine. We drive it on our proprietary test loop—comprising urban stop-and-go, mid-speed city streets, open highway, and a short curve-heavy section—to verify transmission shift points, brake feel, steering response, and thermal management systems. This catches issues like dragging calipers, binding suspension, or coolant circulation problems that only show up under real conditions.

For high-output engines, hybrids, or vehicles modified with performance parts, we conduct load-cycle runs using our chassis dyno. We simulate sustained climbs, rapid acceleration, and steady-state cruise to measure power output, monitor knock activity, and confirm cooling system efficacy. Temperature probes verify the engine reaches normal operating range without overheating or running too cool.

Final validation includes a recheck of all fluid levels, electrical loads, and diagnostic readiness monitors. We ensure no pending codes exist and that all onboard systems—including TPMS, blind-spot alerts, and adaptive cruise—interact correctly with the vehicle’s new condition. Only after this full suite passes do we clear the vehicle for customer handoff.
