  1. 01

    Day-parted view

Drag, drop, and rearrange blocks to map your ideal August weekend—Friday’s sunrise market walk through the historic district, Sunday’s acoustic set at the canal-side gazebo, etc.

  2. 02

    Walking zones

See stage groupings by neighborhood—Downtown Waterfront, Arts District, Old Town Core—to minimize transit time and maximize discovery.

  3. 03

    Time buffers

Auto-suggested gaps let you catch a food vendor, join a craft demo, or linger in a shaded park corner without missing the next act.

Taste the Festival

Pre-pick your eats and sips across the festival’s open-air culinary zones—grilled seafood on the pier, craft brews in the hops garden, vegan bowls near the mural alley. Filter by dietary needs, then note pickup windows to skip lines.

01

Harbor Grill Row

Smoked fish tacos, grilled corn, and local oysters served under canvas awnings along the wharf.

02

Hops Garden Tents

Small-batch IPAs, herbal ales, and seasonal cider flights brewed by regional producers.

03

Artisan Corner

Vegan empanadas, gluten-free dumplings, and dairy-free gelato near the North Promenade stalls.

Rooted in Place

Augustfest began in the city’s forgotten industrial heart, transforming abandoned rail yards into shared ground where neighbors, artists, and visitors gather each August. The festival today honors that legacy with open-air stages beneath preserved brick walls and food halls in repurposed warehouses.

  • Public Commons FirstNo ticket required to walk the riverfront, join the community mural paint-in, or rest in the memory grove.
  • Neighborhood PartnershipsLocal cultural groups curate daily pop-up exhibits and performances in the Old Iron Foundry pavilion.
  • Ephemeral ArtTemporary installations made from foraged, recycled, or biodegradable materials—left to wash away with the tide after closing.
