DomainEscrow.com and JJN Solutions Law, PLLCSecure transaction management. JJN Solutions Law, PLLC provides professional and secure transfer services designed specifically for domain name transactions — funds are held in a regulated trust account until every condition of the transaction has been met and verified.
Secure transaction management
We facilitate secure transfers by holding funds in a regulated trust account until all conditions of the transaction are met and verified. Buyers and sellers are protected throughout the domain transfer process with direct communication, independent verification of domain ownership transfer, and prompt disbursement of funds upon successful completion.

This service exists for one job: moving a domain name from a seller's registrar account to a buyer's registrar account while the money sits somewhere neither party can touch. No side deals, no guesswork, no "send it and hope."
Every transaction is administered by JJN Solutions Law, PLLC as a neutral intermediary, with the firm's funds-handling subject to attorney trust account rules.
The case for it
Five reasons buyers, sellers, and brokers route their domain transfers through a supervised process instead of trusting a stranger with a five-figure wire.
Payment is held safely until the domain is officially transferred to the buyer.
Both buyer and seller are protected from fraud and non-performance.
Domain transfer completion is independently confirmed before funds are released.
The service is administered by a licensed law firm and its funds-handling is subject to attorney trust account rules.
A defined procedure applies if a disagreement arises, with funds held until it is resolved.
Step by step
Five stages, in the same order, on every transfer — from the moment terms are agreed to the moment the seller is paid.
Buyer and seller agree on the transaction terms and the transfer arrangement, and those terms are recorded in writing before anything moves.
The buyer deposits the purchase price into the JJN Solutions attorney trust account, where it is held for the duration of the transaction.
The seller unlocks the domain and initiates the transfer to the buyer's account, or provides the authorization code.
The buyer has 5 business days from the transfer date to verify full administrative control of the domain.
Funds are disbursed to the seller, and to the broker(s) if applicable, the next business day.
Pricing
All transactions are in U.S. dollars. There is no minimum transaction size — minimum fees apply as shown below.
| Transaction amount | Fee rate | Minimum fee |
|---|---|---|
| Up to $200,000 | 1.7% | $350 |
| $200,001 – $2,000,000 | 0.9% | $3,400 |
| $2,000,001 and greater | 0.78% | $18,000 |
Recurring arrangements
Domain leases are supported alongside outright purchases, with pricing set out below.
| Transaction type | Fee |
|---|---|
| Lease-to-own | Service fee per the schedule above, plus a 1.9% administration fee included in each monthly payment |
| Straight lease | $395 flat setup fee, plus 3.5% of each monthly lease payment |
On a lease-to-own, the lessee may pay the remaining balance in full at any time without additional charge. The maximum lease-to-own term is 48 months.
Under a straight lease, no ownership interest transfers to the lessee. All rights revert to the domain owner at the end of the term.
Funds coming in
These fees are charged by the financial institutions processing your payment and are in addition to the service fee and any monthly administration fee. They are the responsibility of the party initiating the payment.
| Payment method | Fee |
|---|---|
| Bank wire transfer (domestic and international) | $20 flat fee per wire |
| ACH (Automated Clearing House) | 1% of the transaction amount |
| Cryptocurrency (where the seller agrees to accept it) | Network fees borne by the sender |
| Debit / credit card | 2.9% |
| American Express | 3.5% |
Funds going out
Charged when we send funds out to a seller or broker, and deducted from that party's payout. These are separate from the payment method fees above, which apply to funds coming into escrow.
| Payout method | Fee |
|---|---|
| ACH | No fee |
| Bank wire transfer — domestic | $30 per transfer |
| Bank wire transfer — international | $40 per transfer |
| Cryptocurrency | Network fees borne by the recipient |
Who pays what
The fee split is agreed up front and written into the transaction, so nobody discovers a surprise at closing.

If the buyer has agreed to pay all or a portion of the transaction fee, the fee amount is added to the purchase price of the domain name, so the total transaction cost is clear upfront.

The party responsible for the fee is recorded in the Transaction Details section of your agreement, alongside the amount, the domain name, and the transfer arrangement.
